EpicService Award
The EpicService Award is the highest level of recognition for guest service at Vail Resorts. At Vail Resorts, our mission is to provide the Experience of a Lifetime for our guests and employees. EpicService is creating an emotional connection with our guests and colleagues through each interaction in every phase of their journey; seeing opportunities to create the memorable moment that culminate in an Experience of a Lifetime.
Each year, one winning nominee from each location will be awarded an all-expenses paid, multi-day trip to one of our resorts, along with an invitation to an exclusive Town Hall and dinner with CEO Rob Katz and other executives.
